 ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PKT) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp after placing your order. COD orders may require a confirmation call before dispatch.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad — 3 to 5 business days
  • Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Abbottabad — 4 to 6 business days
  • All other cities, towns, and districts across Pakistan — 5 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be extended during Eid, sale events, or bad weather.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

COD is available on all orders across Pakistan at no extra charge. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. After two failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned. Repeated COD cancellations may result in COD being restricted on your account.


ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer NEED to send screenshot at WhatsApp +92-0302-1776500. Prepaid orders are prioritized for dispatch.


ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number will be sent via SMS and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel on the courier's website using this number. For updates, WhatsApp us at +92-0302-1776500 with your order number.

FAILED DELIVERIES

Delivery may fail due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unreachable phone number. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you within 2 business days to arrange re-dispatch. Re-shipping charges will apply. Please double-check your address and phone number before placing your order.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp with your order number and an unboxing video or photos. Verified claims will be resolved with a free replacement or store credit. Items that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
